Welcome to Playcation — where imagination, dice rolls, and collectibles collide! By accessing or using our website (the “Site”) or making a purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before browsing or ordering.
1. General Information
This website is operated by Playcation LTD, co-owned by Jason and Sonya Cutcher. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Playcation. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to this page. Continued use of the site means you accept those changes.
2. Online Store Terms
By using this site, you represent that you’re at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to shop here.
You agree not to use our products for any unlawful purpose or to violate any local laws (looking at you, bootleg Magic deck resellers).
3. Product Information
We do our best to describe and photograph all products accurately. However, minor variations may occur due to manufacturer packaging changes or stock updates. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
If there’s an error in pricing, product description, or stock availability, we reserve the right to correct it and, if necessary, cancel or refund affected orders.
4. Payment
All payments are processed securely through Square and PayPal, and all prices are listed in USD. We do not store credit card numbers or share payment details.
Sales tax will be added as required by law based on your shipping address (including Ohio state sales tax).
5. Preorders & Special Orders
Preorders are charged at checkout to reserve your item. Release dates are subject to change by the manufacturer, and any delays are outside our control.
If you wish to cancel a preorder before shipment, a 10% restocking fee may apply.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

In short: unopened items can be returned within 30 days, defective items can be exchanged, and opened collectibles or digital codes cannot be returned.
We promise to treat all cases with fairness — we’re collectors too.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and graphics — belongs to Playcation LTD or its partners unless otherwise noted.
You may not reproduce, copy, or use any material without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use (like showing your friends that cool D&D mini you bought).
8. Limitation of Liability
Playcation LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products.
In simpler terms: we’ll always make things right if something’s wrong with your order, but we’re not responsible if your dice betray you during a critical roll.
9. Third-Party Links
Some links on our site may lead to third-party websites. We’re not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. Proceed with common sense and curiosity.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in Ohio’s appropriate courts (ideally with less drama than a Catan argument).
