Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for new, unopened products with the original receipt. Items must be in the same condition as received, including all original packaging and components.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain products—such as trading cards, blind-box collectibles, opened board games, and digital codes—cannot be returned once opened. This protects both collectors’ value and licensing agreements.
Refunds:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective product.
Exchanges:
If an item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly exchange it for the same product or issue store credit if the product is no longer available.
Online Orders:
If you need to return an online order, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and details. You’ll receive a prepaid return label if the return qualifies.
Preorders:
Cancellations on preorders may be accepted before shipment but are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover processing costs.
